Corn on the cob doesn't need much to be great, it just needs the right seasoning. This recipe works with fresh or frozen corn, boiled or grilled, so it fits whatever you've got on hand. A quick toss in melted butter and Tiger Life Gourmet's Chicken Soup Seasoning gives it bold flavor that enhances the corn without masking its natural taste.

Buttery Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, fresh or frozen

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 teaspoons Chicken Soup Seasoning, plus more to taste

Directions

  1. If using frozen corn, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the corn for 6 to 8 minutes, until heated through and tender. If using fresh corn, either boil for 6 to 8 minutes or grill over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.

  2. Drain or remove the corn from the grill and place it in a large bowl or on a platter.

  3. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the corn, then sprinkle generously with Chicken Soup Seasoning, tossing or rolling the ears to coat on all sides.

  4. Serve hot.
