Directions
Remove backbone from chicken, clean, and pat dry removing all excess moisture.
Make Compound Butter
Combine butter, hot sauce, 1T Citrus Grilled Chicken Seasoning, shallots, garlic, lemon zest + ½ juice, parsley, and dill.
Rub butter all over chicken and underneath skin. Season with 1T Citrus Grilled Chicken total on both sides.
Roast chicken on 425 degrees for 1 hour or until the thickest portion of the breast reaches 165 degrees. Baste every 20 minutes.
Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
