Citrus Pan-Seared Salmon Recipe with Bright, Bold Flavor
When I want dinner that feels fancy but comes together in under 30 minutes, salmon is always my go-to. This recipe takes simple pan-seared salmon and transforms it with the zesty brightness of Citrus Grilled Chicken seasoning. The blend of lemon, cumin, smoked paprika, and dill pairs beautifully with the salmon, creating a dish that’s light, flavorful, and elegant enough for guests—but easy enough for a weeknight.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Citrus Grilled Chicken seasoning
- 6 salmon filets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice
Directions
- Season the Salmon: Pat salmon filets dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with Citrus Grilled Chicken Seasoning.
- Pan-Sear: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes without moving, until skin is crispy. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Prepare the Sides: We served this Citrus Pan-Seared Salmon with super easy sides. Frozen mixed veggies and yellow rice were the perfect addition. Cook both to bag instructions.
- Serve: Plate salmon over yellow rice with cooked veggies on side. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and serve hot.
