- Make the glaze
In a small saucepan, whisk to combine orange juice, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Gingerbread Cookie Sweet Seasoning, and thyme sprigs. Bring to a boil then immediately reduce heat. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until thickened. Stir frequently. Stir in lemon zest and a pinch of sea salt.
Preheat your oven to 325°F. Place the ham, with it’s juices, in a roasting pan lined with foil.
Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get between the slices. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30-48 minutes or 10-12 minutes per pound. Baste every 15 minutes.
Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and broil uncovered for 5 minutes, until golden and sticky. Watch very carefully to avoid burning.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh thyme and orange slices if desired.

This recipe is for a small 3-4 lb ham with 6-8 servings.
Double recipe as needed for larger hams.
