- 1T whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp Gingerbread Cookie Sweet Seasoning
- 3 fresh thyme sprigs
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 pinches of sea salt
Directions
- Make the glaze
- In a small saucepan, whisk to combine orange juice, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Gingerbread Cookie Sweet Seasoning, and thyme sprigs. Bring to a boil then immediately reduce heat. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until thickened. Stir frequently. Stir in lemon zest and a pinch of sea salt.
